Jennilee is a canadian photographer who takes pictures of everything from people to places to things to beautiful patterns. Her work inspires me because I like that she takes pictures of very simple things and makes them into interesting works of art. She mixes made-made/ inustrial things with natural things, like pavement and leaves. Her pictures often have little to no movement in them. They are stiflingly still and have a calm/ surreal feeling to them, which is one of the things that draws me to her photos so much. She keeps a colour theme of washed out colours and sometimes mixes in more saturated ones. She also uses a lot of orange and green. A lot of her photos include greenery and sun flares. I think her photos are dynamic despite how simple they are. I love her style and want to emulate her work.
